The Problem
Despite having a strong brand identity, Nani Swimwear’s online store wasn’t delivering the experience their customers expected. The outdated design, cluttered navigation, and slow performance led to lower conversions and higher bounce rates.
(The Challenge)
What stood in the way.
These were the issues holding Nani Swimwear’s store back. Each one shaped how we rebuilt it, from the first wireframe to launch.
Uninspiring Website Design
The store didn’t reflect Nani Swimwear’s bold, adventurous identity, leading to low user engagement.
Complicated Product Listings
Each color and size was listed separately, overwhelming shoppers and making product discovery difficult.
Heavy Third-Party App Dependency
Apps like HelpLab FAQ and Pagefly slowed down the site and increased maintenance complexity.
Low Conversion Rates
Unclear navigation and missing intuitive features created friction in the buying process.
Poor Mobile Usability
Excess white space and usability issues led to a frustrating mobile shopping experience.

Our Process
- 01
Brand Voice Framework Design
We knew Nani Swimwear’s biggest concern was to have their website speak their brand’s language and for that - we created a wireframe that matches their brand elements and conveys “nani’s” meaning - “beautiful”.
- 02
Design & Development
Crafted a high-performance Shopify Plus store with a sleek, modern UI. As per client’s requirement and continuous inputs - we created what we call a seamless blend of aesthetics, functionality, and brand identity.
- 03
User Experience Refinement
Introduced features like "Shop the Look" and wishlists to boost engagement. Shoppers can now see complete looks styled together and save their favourites for later, which keeps them browsing longer and brings them back to buy.
- 04
Performance Optimization
Reduced load times and ensured smooth mobile navigation. We trimmed heavy scripts, optimised images and cleaned up the theme code, so pages open quickly and the store feels effortless on every phone and tablet.
- 05
Launch & Growth Tracking
Launched the new store without disruption and set up tracking for sales, traffic and conversions from day one. After go-live we kept watching the numbers and fine-tuned the experience as real shopper data came in.
What changed.
